Product: HP Instant Ink
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Update billing information (Paypal) not working. 
Tried for the past 30 minutes to update to no avail. 

Keeps saying "Don't see the Paypal Secure browser?  Let us help you launch / re-launch it." 

I select continue, and it does NOTHING.
Tried to see if just having an open window in different browsers would help, NOT.
