Hello, I am trying to update the address on the profile . My husband has added me to his account so I have access to it

Hello @IYANNAROBINSON9, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 To update the address, your husband must log in as the primary account owner on the HP Smart Website, go to his account profile or billing and shipping settings, and change the address there. Because you are logged in using shared access on your HP Deskjet 2852e, you cannot edit the primary account details yourself.
 

Steps to Update the Address

 

  • Have your husband sign in with his main credentials on the HP Smart Website.
  • Go to Account Settings or Profile.
  • Locate the Shipping or Billing Addresses section.
  • Select Edit next to the address, type the new information, and click Save.
