To change the payment method on your HP Instant Ink account.

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.

  2. Open Account or My Account from the left menu.

  3. Click Billing or Billing Information, and then click Change Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.

You may refer to -Manage your account

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have had to same problem. Been trying for 2 hours. After logging it takes me to a screen to add the feature. My account has no information except for my address and telephone number, then it asks if I would like to change any information. nothing about payment change.
