Update primary email address

I cannot seem to get my primary email address on my hp account updated. I can't update the password but it will not let me do my email address. Any tips?

Try these steps:

Sign In to HP Smart:

• Go to HP Smart and sign in to your account.

Access Account Settings:

• Click the Account icon or the circle with your initials at the top of the page.

Edit Account Information:

• Scroll down to Account information.
• Select the Edit icon next to Primary email address.

Update Email Address:

• Change the email address as desired and then click Save.

Confirmation:

• You should receive a confirmation email sent to the new email address. Open the confirmation email and click on the link to confirm your new email address.
