Hi! My HP Instant Ink was suspended due to the card no longer being active. Over the past week, I have updated the payment numerous times with 3 different forms of payment, a credit card, a debit card, and PayPal. Each time the updated billing info saves, and I receive an email from HP saying "thank you for updating your payment info." Well, I still can't use the silly printer. I have now done 2 chats and have been told that it was sent over to higher ups. That's wonderful, except I urgently need to use my printer, and am being told it could be 5 days before I hear from someone. I have no idea what to do at this point aside from going and purchasing another brand of printer and seeing if there's some way to just return this thing.🙃 I belive this the HP2700 series. Any help or advice at all is greatly appreciated!!
