As per the title, I upgraded my instant ink plan and my rollover pages reset to zero.

On an upgrade the rollover pages are supposed to be retained.

Hi @bikeman2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are looking for information on rollover pages post upgrading your instant ink plan.

Sometimes, technical issues or glitches can cause problems like this. It might just be a temporary issue that will get sorted out soon.

You can switch to a different monthly plan at any time.

NOTE: Certain plans are only offered to qualifying Instant Ink customers. The plans you qualify for appear in your Update Plan choices.

Any option on your current plan level, such as the Paper Add-on service for HP Instant Ink, changes automatically to the new plan level.

If you upgrade, you can choose whether the change is applied immediately or in the next billing cycle.

If you downgrade, your plan automatically changes on the first day of the next billing cycle. Your rollover maximum changes with your new plan, so you may lose rollover pages.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
