Dear HP Instant Ink Support Team,

I hope you can assist me promptly.

I am currently in Norway and have not received my HP Instant Ink cartridges. I was given the tracking number **Edited**, but the tracking status still shows "shipment pending drop-off" for over a week. I am now completely out of ink and urgently need a resolution.

Details:
- **Tracking number:** Edited
- **Location:** Edited
- **Issue:** No update or delivery despite the tracking number being assigned over one week ago
- **Impact:** I cannot print any documents due to lack of ink

I have consulted the Instant Ink support articles and logged into my Instant Ink account, but there is no update and no option to accelerate or manage the shipment :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}.

Could you please:
1. Investigate the current status of my shipment.
2. Advise on the expected delivery timeframe.
3. Provide any alternative solutions or offer to expedite a replacement cartridge delivery.

Your registered email address
