I am hoping someone can help me

I purchased a used hp envy6020e on the weekend.

i tried to setup the printer but it was connected to another user.

is there a way to delete this used printer from someone else's account?

Resetting HP Envy 6020e Printer

1. Turn off the printer: Disconnect any cables and turn off the printer.
2. Disconnect power: Unplug the power cord from the printer.
3. Wait: Wait for at least 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect power: Plug the power cord back into the printer but keep the printer turned off for now.
5. Reset: While the printer is off, press and hold the Power Button and Cancel Button simultaneously for about 10-15 seconds.
6. Turn on the printer: Release the buttons and turn on the printer.

After performing these steps, the printer should be reset to its factory settings and no longer linked to the previous owner's account.

Next, you can set up the printer with your own account:

1. Download HP Smart App: Install the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer.
2. Sign in or create an account: Open the HP Smart app and sign in to your HP account or create a new one if you don't have one.
3. Add printer: Follow the on-screen instructions to add your HP Envy 6020e to your account.
