Waiting for shipment, Can i use store bought ink while enrolled to instantink?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program and waiting for your shipment, you can still use store-bought ink in the meantime. However, HP Instant Ink cartridges will need to be installed for the program to track your usage once they arrive.

Keep in mind:

1. Store-bought ink won't be counted toward your Instant Ink subscription.
2. Instant Ink cartridges cannot be purchased in stores and must be received from HP.

Once your Instant Ink shipment arrives, you can switch back to those cartridges to continue benefiting from the subscription service.
