Hi I've been stuck with your **bleep**ty AI Agent been trying to get my server driver. I've provided the serial number but the system says its not detect the serial number 

SN: SGH410D5Y9

This is a peer to peer forum. We do not work for or represent HP.

 

As we say in the United States of America, 'You are barking up the wrong tree.'

 

HP split into two companies back in 2014.

 

HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.

 

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and enterprise storage devices.

 

So, you have to enter your server's serial number in the HPE support site, not the HP one.

 

HPE ProLiant DL380p Gen8 Server | Product Support

 

Your server exists in the HPE PartSurfer database:

 

HPE PartSurfer
