Solved!

Want to re-enroll, but keep saying cancellation in progress

OfficeJet Pro 6962
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It has after one month, so I can't cancel the cancellation. So as the instruction, I have to re-do the enrollment process, but then I'm stuck at choosing my printer since it keeps saying "cancellation in progress".20191028053027.png

Solved, I actually didn't fullfilled the last month fee. So after I pay it, I can go forward.
