As subject title, free trial ended, stayed on higher plan for a month, now working less from home wishing to downgrade. Told last month once plan had started I would still be charged full month - fair enough. Now reached end of this month and trying to downgrade again still being told I'll be charged a further month at higher plan even though the following month is yet to start? Can you please explain. Thanks
