Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I have an instant ink account,  but I am no longer using the printer but for a couple pages a month. I read, you can cancel  & remove the ink, but I have tried that and my printer just blinks (E4)  and won't do anything. I want the scanner available,  and an occasional color print.  Any suggestions would be most helpful.  Also,  does HP accept returns of unneeded ink?

TIA
