Product: HP 8020 printer

New all in one printer. HP 8020, waiting for 2 days to connect to Web Server. Printer is connected and printing from laptop and IPHONE. What is going on HP.

I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services to isolate and resolve the issue.
