I connected my instaink account to the printer. Installed the cartridges and my printer won’t connect to my account now. It won’t even find the printer email address

@Frosty12, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.
