My problem is that the website is not opening. I can't check, or change the prints for the month. The website is not loading. No matter where i login it's always the same, so it's a problem from the website (I think) . I don't find a support where i can report this problem, so i am trying here.

Are you referring to the Instant Ink website?
To check the page count or any other details related to your Instant Ink account, you may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If it is not loading, try in a different browser. As of now, there is no issues with the Instant Ink servers.
