I've been with HP Instant Ink for four years now, on the plan that includes 50 pages a month.  I never use nearly that much and have accumulated 150 Rollover pages a while ago, and they have carried over throughout my subscription.   When I checked my account today, I noticed that my Rollover pages has been reduced to 0 without me using any of them.  Looking back into my printing history, it looks like my Rollover pages were just dropped between the June-July Statement and the July-August Statement.  Can anyone help?

I have the same problem - always had 150 rollover pages, checked yesterday after printing and had 130 pages rollover, today zero !!!   

Can someone explain please.
