Where can I find the PIN to access 6 months free instant ink offer? I signed up for the instant ink option but my account is only showing 2 months vs. 6.

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, it will get credited automatically.

 

Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I still do not see the additional 4 months of instant ink applied to my account.  It only shows 2.  How can I get the additional months applied for a total of 6 months as advertised??

Thank you for the information. I see that the printer is not enrolled for HP+. You get 6 free months only if you choose HP+ while setting up the printer.

Also, there is no option to re-enroll the printer as HP+.
