Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I just purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer. I'm trying to sign up for the HP Instant Ink plan which requires a promo or PIN code. Can you please advise where/what the promo or PIN code is before my 7 day registration period expires? Thank you.
