I have been trying to connect since 7/4 about my defective cartridge issue but get no reply from the whatsapp support number I was given.
I can see this is a regular problem but the resolutions on here are not helpful so please get in touch.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi,
I am currently awaiting a new cartridge as advised by the support representative so cannot confirm this is a hardware fault until I have tried that.
By the time that is received machine will be pout of warranty but I hope that will not add to my issues!
