HP DeskJet 4130e All-in-One Printer

I received two cartridges when I bought my printer and started using them on the 14 May.  They have now run out but when I try to order more the Overview on my account says that I have not used the May ones!  I can't find anywhere to book replacement cartridges.  I'm using the Ink Plan but so far it doesn't seem to work

Reminder

Where available as an option, the phone number will display when the office is open for business.

OR – Wait for help to arrive

 

Choose to continue to wait here in the HP Community for an agent to find and respond to your question.
