Hi @RetIH,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

In general, page counts for plans like HP Instant Ink are updated approximately once a day. If you've enrolled with Instant Ink cartridges that came with your printer, the page count starts immediately. The billing cycle usually indicates when charges apply, and page counts are aligned with this cycle to determine any carryovers or additional charges.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I have the monthly HP payment for ink and I don't understand your reply.  I didn't get that service when I first bought the printer years ago.   I looked at details of my bill and that doesn't state when the monthly billing cycle starts or ends.  Where can I find this ?

Hi @RetIH,

Thank you for your response.

May I know if your printer is enrolled in an Instant Ink plan or All in plan?

Kindly share the details with us.
