When will i receive my instant ink package? Have checked my account -- "Not available yet!"

I bought the printer and enrolled the instant ink program couples of days ago to handle my heavy printing job these days. And since i printed a lot, I have run out of the ink included in the printer. In my account i checked my shipment status, it shows,

Because of the time issue, I have ordered a set of ink cartridges by myself. However after insert the ink i bought, it shows,


"Insert an HP Instant Ink cartridge to make sure your service continues without interruption. If a non Instant Ink cartridge is installed, we won't know when to ship your next cartridge. You will still be charged your monthly fee, even if you don't use Instant Ink cartridges."


So could anyone tell me how long it will take to receive the welcome kit? And if I use the ink I bought by myself, will it influence the speed  of the shipment and the amount of the ink i am supposed to receive?
