hp officejet pro 9010e

I cannot complete registration for the free 6 months instant ink for a new Officejet Pro 9015e.  It says I need to do so in 7 days.  The PIN # where the ink is located doesn't work.  There was no flyer with a code and no printout with a code. Where do I find  this PROMO or PIN code?  HELP

Hi @thncbs,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble finding the PIN or promo code for your HP Officejet Pro 9015e Instant Ink enrollment, here are some steps you can take.

  • Check Your Printer Box: Inspect the packaging of your printer thoroughly. Sometimes the PIN or promo code is included on a printed card or document inside the box. Look for any literature or cards that might contain the code.
  • Look for a Welcome Email: HP often sends a welcome email to the email address you provided during the printer setup or registration process. Check your email inbox, spam or junk folders for any communication from HP, as it may contain the necessary code.
  • Register on the HP Instant Ink Website: Visit the HP Instant Ink website and try to register your printer directly on the platform. During the registration process, there may be an option to request a code or proceed without one. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Check the Printer Control Panel: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Instant Ink section or look for any prompts related to registration. Some printers have touchscreens or menus that allow you to input information directly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
