Where is code or PIN for free 6 months instant ink for a new Officejet Pro 9015e.

I cannot complete registration for the free 6 months instant ink for a new Officejet Pro 9015e.  It says I need to do so in 7 days.  The PIN # where the ink is located doesn't work.  There was no flyer with a code and no printout with a code. Where do I find  this PROMO or PIN code?  HELP
