Where is my Instant Ink Subscription Starter Kit code?

I purchased a new printer recently and the box & order description says it inbcludes up to 3 years of free ink. I added the printer to my HP app and I wasn't given any prompt regarding the ink enrollment. I tried enrolling on the Instant Ink page directly, and it's asking for a code. My printer didn't come with a single code and I've looked everywhere.  To make things worse, their AI support assistant is useless and provides no help.

1. Smart Tank printer models are not enabled for enrollment in a Instant Ink subscription.

• Only Deskjet, Envy and Officejet printers are enabled for Instant Ink. ✅ 😇

• That is the reason why you cannot enroll a Smart Tank printer model for Instant Ink.

2. About the box description that includes 3 years of ink, could be something like the next ? 🤔

• 
• That means you can print about 6,000 pages over 3 years with the ink bottles “included” in the box, which amounts to an estimated average of 167 pages printed per month.
