I'm trying to register my new printer for instant ink bc it's written all over the box that it comes with 9 free months  but there are no papers inside with a promo code and the registration help has only been telling me to put in the promo code but I don't see any type of promo code in the box for me to be able to apply in the first place so this is becoming a bit frustrating and I tried chatting and that didn't solve the issue and I requested help and then it said case was opened and then moments later said it was closed without even acknowledging the issue! I'm unfortunately becoming very  disappointed about this purchase
