Could you please confirm whether you are enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program?

 

If you are referring to an Instant Ink shipment, please note that ink deliveries may take approximately 4–6 business days to reach you after shipment.

 

If it has been longer than this, please let us know the date the shipment was expected or shipped, and we can guide you on the next steps.
