HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP OfficeJet 3830 printer that i had just unenrolled  from instant ink but i want to re-enroll but it wont let me. Ive tried everything it says to do and it still is giving me the run around. I cant even talk to a real **bleep** person i am super annoyed super frustrated! I DONT want to deal with that virtual assiatant that is absolutely no help and is making me so angry even more. How can i get some help? Please! My goodness what is it going to take after being online for 7 hours??????
