Having received no ink from hp for some time I have been trying to find out why. It seems my printer has expired. What does this mean

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  • If you have think there is a dispute with the printer warranty then you may refer to this link : HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status and get it updated.
  • Are you enrolled in HP's Instant Ink Program?
  • Are the ink cartridges low?
