I cancelled the ink subscription i had with your company because i noticed i was subscribed to paper as well which i did not know or agree with. When i was not accomodated i decided not to purchase from you further. Despite contacting hp multiple times about these subscriptions i was continuously being charged for despite constantly cancelling. NoW HP went ahead and cancelled my entire account and wants me to reset payment which i need to be guaranteed there will be ZERO CHARGES FOR INK, PAPER, ETC. I ONLY WANT HP SO I CAN USE MY PRINTER TO PRINT. THAT

 IS. IT
