HELP PLEASE! Any number I can call for an actual human being live?? WiFi connection Does not work ! Everything else seems to. I can not print EVEN THOUGH IT RECOGNIZES THE PRINTER(on the app)  AND HAS A GREEN CHECKMARK ON IT . My iPhone  is the one I have tried so far. All the printed reports say it’s the WiFi connection but my iPhone definitely recognizes the printer WiFi. Thank you!

Hi @MartaRaquel

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print from your iPhone. I'd be happy to assist you.

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

  • Make sure the printer and the iPhone are connected to the same wireless network.
  • This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the iPhone should be on the 2.4GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
  • Also, check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'.

Update the printer firmware

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Seems that printer is updating it firmware.  Please unplug the power cable, wait for 15 seconds,  re-plug the power cable and turn on the printer.

It should work.  If not, help to provide below details.

1. IPhone model and its IOS version

2. Wireless router info

3. Provide PC or Mac version connected to the printer. If any

4. If you have not install the printer on your PC/Mac, please install it by visiting 123.hp.com

Thanks
