I just want to know if the printer with the all in one plan actually becomes mine at some point

If you decide to cancel the plan or stop using the printer, you would generally need to return it to HP, though some plans may offer options to purchase the printer for a discounted price after a certain period. It's best to check the specific terms of your plan to see if there are any such options.
