Envy 5000 All-In-One- Printer

My printer will not connect not will it print anything, when it does connect. I see that warranty is up but that shouldn't affect my printer not printing anything.

@Sparkle1218, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print. Kindly elaborate on the issue for assistance.

  • Do you get any errors?
  • Are you referring to a wireless connection?
  • Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

Use the HP Smart app to print.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
