I have had an instant ink subscription since I acquired the Office Jet Pro 8710 approximately 10 years ago. Rarely did I ever use all of my allotment of printed pages and often had several pages or the entire month's allotment of pages roll over. If HP were being fair and giving me everything I paid for, I would have several hundred roll over pages right now to be used; I do have a bunch of rollover pages waiting to be used. I will not be using the printer much longer; it makes no sense to continue to pay for the instant ink service when I have the roll over pages to use. I removed the payment method so I would no longer be charged, but now I am unable to use the rollover pages I have already pre-paid for. How can I get the printer to let me use my rollover pages? It is refusing to print now.
