Product: HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer

I'm trying to replace a printer on my instant ink account and it's telling me to press the cancel and infor buttons at the same time it's suppose to send a code that I enter but it won't print the page. I thought I got it to print it said WPS PIN but I guess that wasn't it. This is not a new printer I got it off the marketplace facebook. Please Help!
