Is it anyone else's experience that HP customer support is the worst? Today i have been passed around 5 different departments. The final one that i got through to had a terrible line and broken English. Still no resolution. All i wanted to do was set up the plan for toners and paper etc. The email HP issued didn't work leading me to have to call. Think i will have to revert to an independent toner purchase as HP clearly don't want my subscription.
