Product: HP office iet 3833

Goodmorning! I get a wrong count of the pages I print. I am taking the count to do a check because of the doubt that had come to me earlier, and in fact there is an error. Who should I contact? Also, I don't print in color, but I can't see the color levels of the cartridges

I understand the Page Count is Not the Same as Actual Pages Printed. Kindly refer to this document for more info and to resolve this issue.
