I have the ink subscription and I was sent replacement cartridges for when I run out of Ink and while the color ink was the same size as the ones in my printer the blank ink was not, it's 67/305, which is too big for my printer while the ink I have and need is the one that says replace with 67,67XL, or 67XXL the number on the bottom left of the big one is 3JB27A and the one I have that needs to be replaced is 3YM38A, can u guys do something about this? I need ink for my printer

I see that you are facing an issue with the instant ink charge for your Printer.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to get the right ink delivered.
