I have changed my instant ink plan on Monday 6th of October, cause I knew I gonna need to do more printing, so I upgraded from 10pages(up to 30rollover) to 25pages(up to 75rollover). Ot the print cycle 06/09/25-05/10/25 I got total 21 pages printed which is correct, but on this cycle 06/10/25-5/11/25 it says I already got 45 pages printed(25 plain, 19 rollover and 1additional) which is not correct, both cycles say “as off 08/10/25. The things is, I only printed 12 prints according to my print history, but on my account it says 45. So now not only I need to pay extra for extra print, but haven’t got any prints left till November. I don’t know how it happened or why it happened, I just need it sorted please. Can anyone help? How can I contact someone who can look into this matter for me?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Rasyte,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand your HP Instant Ink account is showing an incorrect page count, causing extra charges and leaving you without prints for the rest of the month. Let’s go through what you can do to resolve this.
1. Verify Print History
Log in to your HP Instant Ink account: https://instantink.hpconnected.com
Check the Print History for each printer and make note of the pages you actually printed.
Compare it to the pages counted in your account.
2. Check Multiple Devices
If your printer is shared with other devices, check whether someone else may have printed using your account.
Only pages printed while signed in to your HP Instant Ink account count toward your plan.
I hope this helps.
