Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer

All I want to do is give another card to the ink replacement site and unlock my printer.  Is it possible to remove the auto ink feature since ink is available elsewhere and more timely?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

You can cancel the Instant Ink subscription and switch to purchasing ink from other sources. If you cancel the subscription, the Instant Ink cartridges will no longer work, and you'll need to use regular HP genuine cartridges instead.
