Hi i purchased this printer with ink installed i kept getting messages about instant ink and it would stop printing if i did not connect to there website so after a bit off digging i realised the person i purchased the printer from was using instant ink so i replaced the ink with genuine hp ink cartridge number 302 now it says the cartridges are not intended for this printer i have tried a factory reset no change any suggestions are welcome

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are unable to use the regular cartridges. I'd like to help!
And here's what you need to know & do:
If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.
That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
when done successfully, check if it works fine.
