it is unforgivable that I pay top dollar for a crappy HP printer, then must buy your ink, then must login to use MY printer.  It is not YOUR printer that you are allowing me to use.  I purchased it and should be allowed to use it without being monitored by your company.  

 

Please tell your management that this is terrible, and I will try to NEVER use HP products if possible.  I hate the company as a result and will do everything to trash your reputation for being so inflexible to opt out of logging into an HP account just to use my printer.

If you're referring to HP Instant Ink, I’d like to assure you that it is completely optional, and you can skip and use your regular HP ink.

 

Instant Ink services and benefits: It is not mandatory to use this service, and you can cancel it anytime if you’re currently enrolled.

 

However, if your concern is about account login requirements, I’d be happy to provide guidance on any available options to help streamline your experience.
