HP ENVY Photo 6232 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I should have 45 rollover pages, but my account shows zero. I tried contacting HP Support on WhatsApp, but received a canned response.

Hi @emilstricker,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP ENVY Photo 6232 All-in-One Printer account shows zero rollover pages instead of the expected 45, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Your Subscription Status:

  • Log in to your HP Instant Ink account and confirm that your subscription is active and that the rollover pages feature is included.

Refresh Your Account:

  • Sometimes, refreshing or logging out and back into your HP Instant Ink account can resolve display issues.

Review Account Terms:

  • Ensure that you understand the terms related to rollover pages in your plan. Some plans have restrictions or limitations.

Printer Software Update:

  • Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.

Re-register Your Printer:

  • If the problem persists, consider removing and re-registering your printer in your HP Instant Ink account to refresh the connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
