Hello, I am new to all this community stuff. I have an HP OfficeJet 8022e All-In-One. Whenever I try to print, my printer will display the message "a problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved." So I went and logged into my HP account, but I am unsure of what the problem is or how to find the problem??? Please help! I have some very important stuff that needs to get done this week. Thanks!

Is your printer enrolled in Instant Ink? Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
