Can I use my same account for 2 printers? I need to print from work and from home too because I don't want to pay for another additional account.

You can have multiple printers associated with an HP Instant Ink account, but each printer will require its own subscription.  If you want to use two printers with Instant Ink you will need separate subscriptions for each.
