I am trying to add the paper to my ink plan but I do not have an option or it does not give me an option in my account. Can someone assist and let me know how I can do this?  Thank you.

I understand you are trying to add paper to your HP Instant Ink plan, HP usually includes an option for you to receive paper with your ink subscription, but it needs to be set up separately through your HP Instant Ink account. Here’s how you can check and manage your plan:

 

Log in to your HP Instant Ink account:

Check for paper options:

  • Once logged in, look for the option to manage your plan or check your account settings. HP offers paper delivery as an additional feature to some plans, but it’s not always available with all subscription levels.

Verify your subscription:

  • If you don’t see the paper option in your account, ensure that your current Instant Ink plan includes it. Paper is usually available with the "HP Instant Ink + Paper" plan. You might need to upgrade to this plan if you're not on it already.

Upgrade or Change your plan:

  • If you’re eligible, you can change your plan to one that includes paper. You can do this directly from your account dashboard. Select "Change Plan" and follow the prompts to switch to a plan that provides paper.
