I am writing regarding my recent cancellation of the HP All‑In‑One plan under my two‑year contract. I am requesting a full refund of the early termination fee and the additional charges that exceeded the amount I was originally quoted.

Throughout my time on this plan, I consistently experienced the same unresolved issue: the printer was unable to print one or two pages directly from websites. I contacted HP support multiple times, spent over an hour on the phone during many of these calls, and despite repeated attempts, the problem was never resolved.

Because the issue persisted, I was advised to upgrade to a more expensive plan. Unfortunately, even after upgrading, the compatibility problem continued. At that point, I no longer felt it was reasonable to continue spending hours on support calls without any meaningful resolution.

Given that HP was unable to provide the service as advertised, I believe it is unfair and inappropriate to charge an early termination fee. Additionally, the final amount charged was higher than what I was told, which is unacceptable.

I am requesting the following:

  • A full refund of the early termination fee

  • A correction and refund of any overcharges

  • Written confirmation once these adjustments have been made

I hope HP will address this matter promptly and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
