Hi @836465123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Here is a general guide based on the information available.

Log In to Your HP Instant Ink Account:

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website.
  • Log in to your account using your credentials.

Access Billing History:

  • Once logged in, navigate to the account or billing section. This might be labeled as "Account," "Billing," or something similar.
  • Look for an option like "Billing History," "Payment History," or "Transaction History."

Select the Time Period:

  • There should be an option to select the time period for which you want to view billing and payment information. Choose the past year or a custom date range.

View and Download the Report:

  • The system should display a list of transactions, including billing amounts and payment details.
  • Some platforms may provide an option to download the billing history report. Look for a "Download" or "Export" option.

Check for Statements or Invoices:

  • If the billing history does not provide enough detail, look for options to view statements or invoices. These documents usually contain a detailed breakdown of charges and payments.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
