Hi @Pamisg,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you want to change the due date of your payment to match your payday

Check Instant Ink account settings

Log in to your HP Instant Ink account at instantink.hpconnected.com.

Go to Account → Billing Information or Plan Details.

Currently, HP Instant Ink bills on a fixed monthly cycle based on your signup date.

Understand due date flexibility

HP Instant Ink does not allow you to freely pick a new payment date.

The billing date is set to your subscription renewal date, which is tied to when you first signed up.

Options to align with payday

You can update your payment method so that your preferred card/account is used for billing.

If your payday doesn’t line up with the billing date, you can pause your plan for a month and then resume it so the next billing aligns closer to your payday.

Alternatively, some users reschedule sign-up or start a new subscription on a date near their payday, though this may require canceling the current plan.

Monitor usage to avoid extra charges

Since Instant Ink bills monthly, make sure your page usage won’t exceed your plan before the billing date.

If you print less in a month, you can carry over pages if your plan allows.

I hope this helps.
