I ran out of black ink!
the black ink was running out for 10 days, they have been shipping the cartridge from Frankfurt to Milan for 4 days ... the traking says that the cartridge arrives in 7 days ... I am out of black ink to print ... what a joke and this? I pay every month regularly, I expected a little more seriousness in the assistance of instant ink

 

maybe it was better to buy ink cartridges on somewhere else instead of relying on HP instant ink ... now I have to print urgently and I can't wait for the shipment to arrive in ten days ... I don't know what to do ... it's not possible that shipping is so slow ...
